CALL TO ORDER
    The Haworth Volunteer Firefighters Association held a regularly scheduled monthly business meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at the Haworth Fire Station.  Meeting was called to order at 6:50 p.m. by Vice President Wright.  Members present were: Marsh, Cowart, Donaldson, Smith, Middleton, Wright, Hall, Ferguson, Farley, Boyd, & Batson.

    Not available due to absence of Secretary/Treasurer.

    Ferguson moved to accept.  Middleton seconded.  All members in favor.  Report approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS
    The surplus handheld radios were sold to Lindsey Communications for $1,000.

NEW BUSINESS
    Members discussed raising money to assist with the “Toys from the Heart” program.  Members agreed to collect money along the parade route of the Haworth Christmas Parade.
