CALL TO ORDER
The Haworth Volunteer Fire Department held a regular monthly business meeting on Tuesday, March 6, 2001 at the Haworth Fire Station.  Meeting was called to order at 6:38 p.m. by Chief Middleton.  Members present were: Storey, Donaldson, Marsh, Wright, Boyd, Middleton, Carrell, White, Owens, and Cowart.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Minutes of the previous meeting were read.  Boyd moved to accept.  Owens   seconded.  All members in favor.  Minutes approved.

FINANCIAL REPORT
Beginning Balance: $    983.56
Income:                 $             0
Expenses:              $    326.54  Country Store - Fuel
                             $      57.64  Kates’ Quick Stop - Fuel
Ending Balance:     $    599.38

Boyd moved to accept finance report.  Donaldson seconded.  All members in favor.  Finance report approved.

OLD BUSINESS
None.

NEW BUSINESS
Storey presented the Yearly Finance Report.

Members discussed fuel purchase procedures.  Members refueling departmental apparatus are to take carbon copy of receipt and leave on clipboard at station.

Owens moved to adjourn.  Wright seconded.  Meeting adjourned at 6:54 p.m.
