CALL TO ORDER
The Haworth Volunteer Fire Department held a regular monthly business
meeting on Tuesday, June 5, 2001 at the Haworth Fire Station. Meeting
was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chief Middleton. Members present
were: Owens, Donaldson, Middleton, Hall, White, Wright, Cowart, Batson,
and Storey.
MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Minutes of the previous meeting were read. Owens moved to accept.
Hall seconded. All members in favor. Minutes approved.

Cowart moved to accept finance report. Wright seconded. All members in favor. Finance report approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Middleton reported that the tank for the ‘86 Chevy had been built.
Truck-3 is at Danny Cameron’s Garage being repaired.
NEW BUSINESS
Owens picked up a ‘67 Kaiser 5-ton truck from State Forestry in Goldsby,
OK. He also picked up two barrels of Fire Foam from Property Distribution
in OKC.
Middleton reported that a Work Day would be held on Saturday (June 9th) beginning at 8:00 a.m. The 1,800 gallon tank on Tank-2 will be removed and placed on the ‘67 Kaiser 5-ton. Several trucks will also be painted.
The Wildland Fire Simulator will be held on Wednesday, June 6th, at Beavers Bend Group Camp #2. The session will begin at 8:00 p.m.
