CALL TO ORDER
The Haworth Volunteer Fire Department held a regular monthly business meeting on Tuesday, July 3, 2001 at the Haworth Fire Station.  Meeting was called to order at 9:00 p.m. by Chief Middleton.  Members present were: Ferguson, Donaldson, Kates, Owens, Middleton, Wright, and Storey.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Minutes of the previous meeting were read.  Wright moved to accept.  Owens   seconded.  All members in favor.  Minutes approved.

FINANCIAL REPORT
Beginning Balance: $    180.75
Income:                 $             0
Expenses:              $      15.00  Haworth Station - Fuel
                             $      22.19  Country Store - Fuel
Ending Balance:     $    143.58

Wright moved to accept finance report.  Kates seconded.  All members in favor.  Finance report approved.

ELECTION OF SECRETARY/TREASURER
Middleton nominated Storey.  Donaldson seconded.  No further nominations offered.  Storey elected by acclamation.
