CALL TO ORDER
The Haworth Volunteer Fire Department held a regularly scheduled business meeting on Tuesday, July 6, 1999 at the Haworth Fire Station.  Meeting was called to order at 6:50 p.m. by Chief Middleton.  Members present were: Batson, Boyd, Lacy, Middleton, Storey, White, and Donaldson.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Minutes of the previous meeting were read.  Boyd moved to accept.  White seconded.  All members in favor.  Minutes approved.

FINANCIAL REPORT
    Beginning Balance: $     161.89
    Expenses:              $  1,551.30 (Alphabet Electronics: New Repeater)
                                 $       24.95 (Alphabet Electronics: Replace Surge Protector)
                                 $  1,000.00 (First State Bank: Payment on Loan for Hahn)
                                 $15,259.55 (City of Haworth: Turn Over F.D. Finances to Town)
    Income:                 $       12.01 (Foreman United Fund: G-P Employee Donations)

 Storey reported that the Department had turned over the account balance of $15,259.55 to the Town of Haworth, per auditor’s request.  The Town has opened a separate checking account for Fire Department funds.  The balance of the new account is: $15,259.55.
White moved to accept.  Batson seconded.  All members in favor.  Report approved.
