CALL TO ORDER
The Haworth Volunteer Fire Department held a regular monthly business meeting on Tuesday, November 6, 2001 at the Haworth Fire Station.  Meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Chief Middleton.  Members present were: Middleton, Batson, Hattabaugh, Ferguson, Owens, Marsh, Cowart, White, Donaldson, Carrell, & Storey.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Minutes of the previous meeting were read.  Owens moved to accept.    Cowart seconded.  All members in favor.  Minutes approved.

FINANCIAL REPORT
Beginning Balance: $    273.58
Income:                 $             0
Expenses:              $             0
Ending Balance:     $    273.58

Cowart moved to accept finance report.  Ferguson seconded.  All members in favor.  Finance report approved.

VOTE ON PROBATIONARY MEMBERS: C. WRIGHT & M. CARRELL
Middleton reported that Chad Wright and Michael Carrell had completed their one-year probationary period.  Donaldson moved to approve full membership for both firefighters.  Marsh seconded.  All in favor.  Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS
Ferguson reported that a benefit Pie Walk for the Pollard Substation will be held on Friday, November 9th at 6:30 p.m.

Owens moved to adjourn.  Ferguson seconded.  Meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
