CALL TO ORDER
The Haworth Volunteer Fire Department held a rescheduled monthly business
meeting on Friday, November 30, 2001 at the Haworth Fire Station.
Meeting was called to order at 6:49 p.m. by Chief Middleton. Members
present were: Farley, Batson, Donaldson, Middleton, Owens, Ferguson, Hall,
Boyd, Cowart, M. Carrell, and Storey.
MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Minutes of the previous meeting were read. Owens moved to accept.
Cowart seconded. All members in favor. Minutes approved.
FINANCIAL REPORT

Cowart moved to accept finance report. Ferguson seconded. All members in favor. Finance report approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Ferguson reported that the Pie Walk benefit on November 9th raised
$2,092.55 for the Pollard Substation. An additional $125.00 in donations
has been received since the fund raiser.
NEW BUSINESS
Middleton scheduled a training session for Wednesday, December 7th,
at 6:00 p.m.
Middleton reported that the annual Haworth Christmas Parade would be held on Saturday, December 1st. Members were requested to be at the fire station at 1:00 p.m. He also reported that the Idabel Christmas Parade would be held on Monday, December 3rd. Apparatus entered in the parade needs to be at the check-in booth by 6:00 p.m.
Storey reported that the McCurtain County Firefighters Association’s meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 4th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Broken Bow Fire Station. Representatives from Casco Industries and Task Force Tips will be present.
