"Ring the Bell"

In the "Ring the Bell" phase of the competition, 3 firefighters must unroll a hose, attach
the hose to the pumper, attach the nozzle, hit a bell that is suspended over the street with
a stream of water, detach the nozzle from the hose, detach the hose from the pumper,
roll the hose, and and place the hose and nozzle in the starting position.
