Sec. 1    Order of Business shall include:

a. Call Meeting to Order.
b. Roll Call.
c. President’s Report.
d. Secretary/Treasurer’s Report.
e. Committee Report(s).
f. Old Business.
g. New Business.
h. Adjourn.
Sec. 2    The President shall select the proper meeting place for Association meetings.

Sec. 3    The fiscal year of the Association shall be from July 1 to June 30 of the following year.

Sec. 4    Robert’s Rules of Order shall prevail in any and all meetings of the Association.

Sec. 5    The members of the Haworth Volunteer Firefighters Association shall be members of
              the Oklahoma State Firefighters Association.

Sec. 6    Checks issued by the Association shall require two (2) signatures.  These signatures shall
              be those of the Association’s President, Vice President, and/or Secretary/Treasurer.
